Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel the tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Please note refunds cannot be issued if participation requirements, including license requirements, are not met by customer on the day of the tour.
